Your post is a great shout-out for BioBlitz, and we are excited to also be co-sponsoring the event and promoting it across the Chicago region. Saw your blog this morning. We kept
28 turtles in our basement when I was a kid. Named them after all of our
favorite teachers.(with really good 19th century names like Wava, Vermadale,
Marcella, Olva, etc.)

Marcella used to watch my mother do
the laundry and then walk away and go eat a bug after she was finished.
She also used to listen to me practice the trumpet.
