National Geographic’s Top 10 Discoveries of 2009

get-attachment-2One of my biggest discoveries of 2009 is that the Philadelphia Parking Authority actually slaps masking tape on parking signs to expand the “no parking” times and tows cars slightly before the start time “to get an early start”. Yes, my car was towed.

    Oh, that’s unethical- you should be able to file a class-action law suite on this! Take lots of pictures.
