Steve majored in philosophy, with a strong interest in morality and philosophy of mind. Following college, he worked in D.C. and planned on enrolling in law school, but those plans changed after rereading Steven Pinker’s “How The Mind Works.” Steve decided to finish out his commitments in D.C. and immediately enroll in Columbia University to study psychology and neuroscience. He currently works for the Mind/Brain Institute at Johns Hopkins University.
